Occasionally, some users will experience the error on their printer where it stops printing and all the lights start flashing. Different printer models may have different descriptions of this error, but it seems to be generally described as a ‘Unknown Printer Error’. In fact, numerous users in the internet community believe that this error is most often experienced when the printer has reached a condition where it thinks the ink waste pads inside the printer are full. That’s right - all that ink you lose in cleaning cycles and priming new cartridges has to go somewhere, and your Epson printer keeps track of roughly how much ink it has dumped into some large absorbent pads in the base of the printer!

menambah informasi pada system properties

System properties bisa dibuka dengan cara klik kanan pada My Computer > pilih properties. Atau bisa juga dibuka melalui control panel kemudian klik ganda pada System. Pada system properties ini bisa kita gunakan untuk mengatur performa komputer kita pada tab advance. Atau bisa juga kita mengatur system restore, automatic update windows, dan masih banyak lagi kalau kita mau explore disana. Pada tab GENERAL bisa diketahui informasi mengenai komputer kita, yaitu operating system, besarnya spek, processor, besarnya RAM. tampilan tersebut merupakan informasi standart yang kalau kita beli komputer baru, yang tampil adalah informasi itu-itu saja.

Sebenarnya informasi pada system properties tersebut bisa kita tambah, sesuai dengan keinginan kita. Karena informasi atau pesan yang ditambah sesuai kehendak kita, sehingga komputer kita menjadi sangat pribadi sekali, seakan-akan komputer adalah aku, aku adalah komputer.
Selain informasi atau pesan, kita juga bisa menambah gambar pada system properties. Gambar ini harus berformat bmp dan maksimal berukuran 180 x 114 pixel. Untuk merubah format gambar menjadi bmp tidak diulas disini karena anda adalah jagonya. Jadi siapkan gambar yang diinginkan dan simpan dengan nama : oemlogo.bmp
Sekarang kita sudah punya bahan gambar untuk ditampilkan di system properties. Untuk membuat informasi tambahan pada system properties adalah sebagai berikut :

1. buka program notepad, kemudian ketik teks berikut :

1. Anda bisa mengganti tulisan disebelah kanan tanda sama dengan (=) dengan tulisan anda sendiri. dan bisa menambahkan baris baru dengan membuat line5, line6, dst.
2. Kemudian simpan file tersebut.
• pada tab file name beri nama oeminfo.ini
• pada save as type pilih all files
3. klik save.

Sekarang kita sudah punya dua bahan, yaitu gambar dan informasi.
Untuk memunculkan gambar dan informasi tersebut pada system properties, yang kita lakukan adalah hanya dengan meng-copy kedua file tersebut ( oemlogo.bmp dan oeminfo.ini) pada folder system32 pada windows kita. Folder system32 ini biasanya di C:\WINDOWS\system32.
Kalau sudah RESTART komputer kita dan coba lihat hasilnya.

IDM 5.11 – Download Video Dari YouTube Jadi Lebih Mudah

IDM baru saja merilis versi terbarunya 5.11. Pada versi ini telah dilengkapi dengan beberapa fitur baru, salah satunya adalah kemampuan untuk mendownload video dari YouTube. Perlu diketahui bahwa beberapa waktu yang lalu video dari YouTube sempat tidak bisa didownload dengan IDM dan juga dengan beberapa layanan untuk download video dari YouTube lainnya.

Pada IDM versi 5.11, kita bisa lebih mudah mendownload video dari YouTube. Berikut ini langkah – langkahnya :

1. MAsuk ke YouTube.com.

2. Lihat salah satu video.

3. Klik kanan disembarang tempat (jangan di videonya). Pilih Download FLV video with IDM.

4. Konfirmasi download akan muncul dan video siap di download.

Keunggulan download FLV dengan IDM adalah nama file yang disimpan sama dengan judul video bukan get_video.
